  • 01. Inquiry

    Once we receive your inquiry, our sales and technical team will connect with you to understand your brand’s vision, design direction, and product use. We’ll recommend suitable outer fabrics, insulation options (down or alternative), and functional trims tailored to your needs. Fabric swatches and finishing samples are available upon request.

  • 02. Quotation

    After confirming key specifications such as fabric, style, insulation, and expected order volume, we’ll provide a formal quotation that includes: Unit price (based on MOQ and color quantity) Production lead time Trade terms (EXW/FOB/CIF etc.) Sampling cost and process (if applicable)

  • 03. Sampling & Approval

    We produce a sample based on the approved specifications. To ensure perfect color and texture match, we conduct fabric lab dips and confirm all finishing details with you. The sample will be shipped for your approval before proceeding to bulk production.

  • 04. Final Confirmation & Purchase Order

    Once the sample is approved and all details are confirmed, we issue a final order summary and proforma invoice. Upon receiving your signed PO and deposit, we proceed with material procurement and production scheduling.

  • 05. Production & Quality Control

    Our manufacturing process includes strict quality checks at every stage: Incoming material inspection In-line quality monitoring Final garment inspection (appearance, fit, function) Each batch is documented with full QC reports to ensure your standards are met.

  • 06. Shipping & Delivery

    Delivery timelines typically range from 20 to 60 days, depending on the order size and complexity. We support multiple shipping methods: Sea Freight: LCL or FCL options Air Freight: For urgent or smaller shipments We also assist with documentation and customs support for a smooth delivery process.
